Enjoy
a full day, with an early flight to Trinidad, where your guide will
meet you and take you to the first stop in “Arima”, an
old Amerindian town. We then continue to the “Asa Wright Nature
Centre” for a guided tour along “Mother Nature’s”
trails to see an abundance of birds and butterflies. Lunch is served
on the Centre’s terrace overlooking the forest and the Arima
valley. Next on to the historic capital of “Port of Spain”
for sightseeing and some shopping, before we take an afternoon boat
ride in the “Caroni Swamp”. |
At
this time, Trinidad’s national bird, the Scarlet Ibis, returns
to roost and the sky turns red. The return flight is scheduled for
about 8 pm and our driver will welcome you back to Tobago and take
you to your hotel.
